  2. @sixpackshortcuts please answer this so basically if i like do push-ups its treated as cardio and do not build muscle because U said like high rep range doesn’t build muscle because i can do like 10-14 push ups each set.

  3. hey mike im kind of skinny and i want to get like a six pack and im wondering if i should like gain some weight or just get abs – i weigh about 120 and you could like see my ribs a little, im 13 and im about 5’5 and i dont want crazy muscles and stuff like you no offense!! – PLEASE RESPOND!!

  4. @sixpackshortcuts If you wanted to gain definition instead of being huge would i need to be doing more reps and less weight, so would i want to gain latic acid? Btw nice video thanks alot keep up the good work :)

  5. hey mike, i lost 15 kilos in 3 months and all of them are fat mass . *did this by just watching your videos hahahah :D

    how can i lose this last 5 kilos? have been working out for 2 weeks and havent lose any weight.. any suggestions? :D btw thx for making me in a better shape

  6. @mralexzhao1995 yeah I’d like to go know, I’ve very atheltic and have good muscle defintion and alright mass. I have the 6pack, and I’m pretty cutt, I want to be ripped though. So can I work on getting super ripped while building mass?

  7. Hey Mike, is there a way to gain muscle AND work on your cardio at the same time? Or is it one thing at a time?

  9. Hey Mike, I have been watching all your videos lately, the advice is amazing, and I like your common sense approach. Over the past year and I half I have went from 365-260. I was doing the stairmaster 5 days a week with weight training. Since I have been watching your videos I completely restructured my workouts, and replaced the stairmaster with your m-100 workouts etc. Thanks alot for the all the great advice. When I get to my goal of 240 I am going to order ur full program as a reward!

Well, I kinda disagree though, my rule of working out is so simple, train with an excellent form, 40secs time under tension and short workout (20mins for smaller muscle, 25mins for bigger muscle) If you don’t feel the burn and the pain in your muscle (not your joint) your probably not working out hard enough though. but good advice anyway, everyone has different ways of training to get big.

    I just wanna point out and also question about the “Buddy Curls”. Upon watching this video, it seems that “Buddy Curls” wouldn’t work out well since it would likely release lactic acids as well, wouldn’t it? Kind of controversial.

  13. @tavo4060 your body is just getting used to lifting – change around your excercises and you should feel aching again.

  14. So, even if you arent sore the next day, will you still gain muscle or strength? Its because i havent been gettng very sore lately, even if i do as much weight as i can i just dont get sore. What should i do?
